Shrimp Commodore - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion, chopped
1/2 small chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of hot pepper sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 c. grated American cheese
1/4 c. tomato juice
1 lb. shrimp, cooked and peeled
3 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Saute onion and green pepper in butter for 2 minutes.
Stir in flour, then water.
Stir until mixture thickens.
Add seasonings. Add cheese and stir until melted.
Blend in tomato juice; add shrimp and heat thoroughly, about 5 minutes.
Serve over hot cooked rice.
