Rice And Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 stick pepperoni, cut up
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can black-eyed peas
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 lb. ham, cut up
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Set aside.
    Saute onions and garlic powder in olive oil.
    Fry ham and pepperoni with sauteed onions.
    Add black-eyed peas.
    Saute.
    Add cooked rice.
    Add parsley and pepper.
    Mix it up and cook 5 minutes more.
    Serve with pork.
