Seafood Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp
    1 lb. scallops
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 envelope chicken flavored bouillon
    1 c. boiled water
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 tsp. parsley (for garnish)
Preparation
    Rinse shrimp and scallops.
    Slice mushrooms.
    In 12-inch hot skillet, melt margarine.
    Cook shrimp and scallops, stirring, about 5 minutes, just until done.
    Remove to a bowl.
    Add 1 tablespoon of margarine to skillet.
    Add mushrooms and sherry. Cook, stirring, until mushrooms are tender.
