Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. vanilla or almond flavoring
2 1/2 c. sifted flour (all-purpose)
pecan halves
Preparation

Cream margarine; add cream cheese and sugar.
Add egg yolk, extract and flour and mix well.
Dip small amounts onto cookie sheet; place far enough apart to allow for spreading.
Place pecan half in center of each cookie.
Bake about 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
