Easy Vichyssoise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cubes instant chicken bouillon or 2 tsp. granules
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. half and half
    1 c. mashed potato flakes
    3 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese with chives
    1/4 tsp. salt
    couple dashes white pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. diced cucumber
    2 Tbsp. chopped tomato
Preparation
    Dissolve bouillon in boiling water.
    Add half and half; stir in potato flakes.
    Pour mixture into blender or mixing bowl; add cream cheese and salt.
    Beat or blend until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.
    Chill.
    Garnish each serving with diced cucumber and chopped tomato.
    Serves 4.
