Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. raw rice
    2 envelopes Lipton chicken noodle soup mix
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 lb. pan sausage
Preparation
    Mix water, rice, soup mix and vegetables; simmer for about 10 minutes.
    Brown sausage; drain and add to soup mixture.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered lightly.
