Italian Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
16 oz. spaghetti sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. sugar
3 medium potatoes, sliced
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
Add all other ingredients, except cheese and potatoes.
Cook 2 more minutes. Put 1/2 meat sauce in 9 x 13-inch dish.
Put sliced potatoes on top, then another 1/2 meat mixture.
Bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0. Cover tightly with foil.
Sprinkle cheese on top and cook 10 minutes more.
