Mexitalian Lasagne - cooking recipe

1 (15 oz.) can Hormel chili (no beans)
1 (16 oz.) jar Mexican salsa, drained
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
9 lasagne noodles, cooked
2 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large bowl, combine chili, salsa, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
In small bowl, stir together cottage cheese and parsley flakes.
Layer noodles, cottage cheese, chili mixture and Mozzarella cheese in a 9 x 9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; repeat to make 3 layers. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Serves 6 to 9.
