Chicken And Cheese Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 flour tortillas (7 inch)
    1 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken or turkey
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded natural Colby or Monterey Jack cheese
    1 1/4 c. chunk salsa
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In center of each tortilla, place 1/4 cup chicken, 2 tablespoons cheese and 1 teaspoon salsa; roll up. Arrange seam-side down in 8-inch square baking dish.
    Top with remaining salsa and cheese.
    Bake 25 minutes or until thoroughhy heated.
    Makes 3 to 4 servings.
