Chicken Diable - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up, or 5 to 6 chicken breasts
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 c. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Melt butter in a pan (baking dish).
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Roll chicken in butter mixture coating (both sides). Arrange, skin side down, in a single layer in the same dish. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes.
