Pennsylvania Dutch Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    soft bread crumbs
    1/2 medium onion
    3 to 4 stalks celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 lb. melted butter
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Fill large mixing bowl with soft bread crumbs.
    Add onion and celery (both chopped, not minced, in blender), parsley, butter, milk (enough to moisten), eggs, potatoes, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Can add more mashed potatoes; doesn't make much of a difference.
    Pour a little more melted butter over top of casserole.
    Use all the butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
