Lemon Poppy Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon cake mix (without pudding in mix)
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 small pkg. coconut cream pudding mix (not instant)
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and beat 3 minutes.
    Bake in 2 greased loaf pans (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 3/4-inch) at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Spread slices with butter.
    This bread is light and delicious!
