Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. persimmon pulp
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs
    1 stick butter, melted
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into a buttered baking dish.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Stir about every ten minutes so that it turns dark. Top pudding with cream.
