Lower Fat Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. uncooked quick-cooking oats
    3 Tbsp. skim milk
    3/4 lb. ground turkey breast
    3/4 lb. low-fat ground beef
    1/2 c. coarsely shredded carrot
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg white
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Combine oats and milk in a bowl.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Add turkey and next 7 ingredients.
    Stir. Shape into loaf and place on rack coated with cooking spray.
    Place rack on a shallow roasting pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
