Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    2 pie shells
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. milk (Pet or Carnation)
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of salt
    2 c. grated cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook and crumble sausage .
    Drain.
    Line bottoms of pie shells with sausage.
    Beat eggs, 2/3 cup milk, mustard, salt, grated cheese and sour cream.
    Mix and pour over sausage.
    You can freeze pies at this point or bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    If frozen, do not thaw before cooking.
