Ingredients

6 pork chops
2 c. catsup
dash of hot sauce
1/2 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. oil
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar

Preparation

In a skillet, brown pork chops in oil, then place in casserole dish.
Make sauce by mixing in a bowl the remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops.
Cover and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
