Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean hamburger
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/3 garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients with hands.
    Shape in rolls.
    Wrap in Handi-Wrap and put in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
    Unwrap and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour on a broiler pan.
