Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1 1/2 lb. beef cubes
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1/4 c. Burgundy
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    12 small whole white onions
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp, removing crumbles.
    Brown beef in drippings (if bacon is very greasy, pour off grease).
    Add soup, wine, parsley and pepper.
    Cover; cook over low for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
    Add onions and mushrooms.
    Cover and cook 1 hour more. Serve over wide noodles and top with bacon.
