Upside-Down Date Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. chopped dates
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Dissolve brown sugar and water in a deep cake pan.
    Mix other ingredients and drop by teaspoonful on brown sugar mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Turn upside-down onto large serving plate and serve with whip cream.
