Grandma'S Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1 lb. cottage cheese (small curd)
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 lb. margarine
Preparation
    Cream the two cheeses together.
    Add sugar and blend until smooth.
    Add eggs, flour and cornstarch.
    Mix well.
    Add margarine, lemon juice and vanilla.
    Mix well and fold in sour cream.
    Bake in greased spring pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until golden brown.
    Turn oven off.
    Leave in closed oven for 2 hours.
