Chocolate Caramelita Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. uncooked oats (quick or old-fashioned)
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    3/4 c. butter flavor Crisco, melted
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    1 (12.5 oz.) jar caramel ice cream topping (1 c.)
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan. Combine first 7 ingredients. Reserve 1 cup.
    Press remaining onto bottom of pan. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350\u00b0. Cool 10 minutes.
    Top with nuts and chocolate pieces. Drizzle with topping mixed with 1/4 cup flour.
    Sprinkle with reserved oat mix.
    Bake an additional 18 to 22 minutes. Cool completely.
