Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
4 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. thawed frozen strawberries, crushed
1 1/2 c. nuts

Preparation

Sift together the flour, sugar, cinnamon and soda. In another bowl combine the eggs, oil, strawberries and nuts.
Combine all together and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven 1 hour or until done.
Makes 2 large loaves.
