Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole or 8 halves large chicken breasts, boned or equal amount of dark meat or turkey
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. milk
    favorite bread stuffing
Preparation
    Cook meat in water for 1/2 hour.
    Remove any bones and place meat in oblong casserole.
    Mix soup, sour cream, salt, pepper and milk.
    Pour over meat.
    Prepare favorite bread stuffing (or mix), substituting chicken broth for water.
    Spread over casserole. Bake 45 minutes covered in 350\u00b0 oven and 15 minutes uncovered. Serves 8.
