Grandma'S Bran Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. All Bran
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. oleo
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 beaten eggs
    6 1/2 c. flour, divided
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over All Bran, salt and oleo.
    Add sugar; stir well and cool.
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water, then add yeast to mixture and 2 beaten eggs.
    Add 3 cups flour and beat well.
    Add 3 1/2 cups flour (maybe more).
    Knead until light and elastic.
    Place in greased bowl.
    Turn over.
    Let rise until double.
    Punch down then divide into 3 parts; roll out to fit pan and roll up.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
    Check after 35 minutes but no longer that 1 hour.
