Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. pumpkin
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 can water
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon and eggs with wire whip.
    Add pumpkin, milk, vanilla and water, using wire whip.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour until filling is thick.
    Makes 3 (9-inch) pies.
