Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. round steak
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 chopped green pepper
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. ketchup
Preparation

Combine salt, pepper and flour.
Roll steak in flour mixture. Brown in hot oil.
Add onion, pepper, water and ketchup.
Cover and simmer until done, about 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 6.
