Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sweet potatoes
    marshmallows
    Post Toasties
Preparation
    Peel and cut sweet potatoes.
    Cook until tender.
    Cream and make into balls with a marshmallow in each ball.
    Roll in Post Toasties.
    Drop into hot oil until brown.
    Drain on paper towel.
