Roast And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. beef roast
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 clove garlic, minced
    salt and pepper
    3 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in crock-pot.
    Cook on low 3 to 4 hours or bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Take meat out of crock-pot or pot; slice.
    Add 3 tablespoons cornstarch in hot gravy mixture to thicken.
    Serve gravy over mashed potatoes, rice, noodles, biscuits.
    Or get gravy to boil and add dumplings!
