Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box lime jello
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
    1 small low-fat cottage cheese
    1 large Cool Whip
Preparation
    Pour water into boil; add jello and pineapple.
    Let come to boil.
    Then set boiler into sink of cold water (ice water).
    Add cottage cheese; stir.
    Pour into mixing bowl and add Cool Whip. Stir well with spoon.
    Add nuts.
