Ingredients

1 pkg. plain gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
4 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. whipped cream
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
4 egg whites
10-inch angel food cake
1 c. coconut
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
Beat egg yolks.
Add flour, salt and milk and cook until it coats spoon.
Remove from fire; add gelatin.
Chill 1 hour.
Beat egg whites until stiff; add.
