Double Scotch Pecan Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. soft oleo
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch pieces
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg and vanilla.
Sift dry ingredients.
Add alternately with milk.
Fold in butterscotch pieces, coconut and pecans.
Spread in ungreased 11 x 14-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
