Turkey Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. chicken or turkey broth
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. salt
4 c. chopped turkey
1 c. cooked rice
3/4 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. pimiento
2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
-
Soak bread crumbs in milk.
Add turkey, broth, salt, rice, pimiento and celery; add well beaten eggs.
Pour into a buttered loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
