Apricot Chicken(Quick And Easy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dried apricots
    2 fryer-size chickens, cut in pieces
    1 (1 oz.) envelope onion soup mix
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
Preparation
    Cook apricots until tender; cool and chop.
    Place chicken pieces in baking dish.
    Mix apricots, soup mix and dressing; pour over chicken.
    Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for one hour.
    Serves 8.
