Baked Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    lean beef or boneless chicken breast
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    garlic salt
    pepper
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    corn flakes and crackers, crushed and combined
    nonstick cooking spray
Preparation
    Cut beef or chicken into serving-size portions (I use cubed steaks).
    Combine flour, cornmeal and seasonings in a paper bag. Shape pieces of meat to coat.
    Dip each piece in melted margarine, then roll each in crumb and cracker mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, in a baking pan prepared with nonstick cooking spray at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
