Rice Nair Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans peeled green chilies
    3 c. sour cream
    1 large can black sliced olives
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, sliced
    1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    paprika
Preparation
    Remove chilies from can; slit and open flat.
    Remove seeds and strings; let drain on paper towel.
    Cut into 1/2-inch squares. Add to sour cream with 1/2 of sliced olives.
    Cut cheese into 1-inch strips. Season rice with salt and pepper.
