Hot Chicken Chunks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts
    Cajun seasoning (Blackened Fish)
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 small container yogurt
Preparation
    Cut chicken into chunks.
    Coat chicken with Cajun seasoning. Fry in hot oil until juices run clear.
    Place a blob of yogurt on each dinner plate; dip chicken chunks in the yogurt as you eat.
