Fat Free Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. water
    3 c. chopped cabbage
    2 c. chopped potatoes
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can diced tomatoes
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Italian style diced tomatoes
    1 (28 oz. can mixed vegetables
    2 tsp. beef bouillon granules
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco (or to taste)
    Salt and black pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Combine water, cabbage, potatoes, and onion in a large soup pot.
    Cook over medium heat until potatoes are tender but not mushy.
    Add remaining ingredients and let simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
