Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. salt
6 peppercorns
1 minced garlic clove
Preparation

Combine ingredients and pour over cut up chicken in shallow dish; cover and refrigerate overnight.
Drain off marinade; save. Bake or microwave chicken until almost done.
Put on grill until brown, basting with marinade.
Just before serving, brush with mixture of 1/4 cup honey and 1/2 teaspoon mustard.
