Ingredients

2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. Nestle cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter (2 sticks), softened
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. white chocolate pieces
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In small bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; set aside.
In large mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract until creamy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Gradually add flour mixture.
Stir in white chocolate.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 9 to 10 minutes until edges are lightly browned.
Let stand 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheets; cool completely.
Makes about 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
