Marinated Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. unseasoned meat tenderizer
    6 Tbsp. sherry (1/3 c.)
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. Lawry's salt
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 flank steak*
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pierce the flank steak.
    Let steak marinate at least 1 hour and up to 8 hours.
    Refrigerate while marinating.
    Turn periodically.
    Broil until done to your liking.
