Cheese And Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large sliced onions
    3 large beaten eggs
    1/2 pt. milk
    1 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    dash of Lawry's seasoning salt
Preparation
    Parboil onions in small amount of water.
    Drain well.
    Blend with beaten eggs, milk, Cheddar cheese, sugar, salt and pepper and a dash of Lawry's seasoning salt, if desired.
    Pour into pastry shell; decorate with thin slices of tomatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
