Buttermilk Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. Crisco (melted and cooled)
1 tsp. salt
2 c. buttermilk
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water, mix with milk and Crisco.
Set aside while sifting all dry ingredients together and add liquid gradually.
Put dough into covered bowl.
Put in refrigerator and use as needed.
Roll amount needed on floured board and cut as biscuits.
No kneading or rising needed.
I let mine rise some. This dough will last several days.
