Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. heavy cream
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil; add lemon juice.
    Add mushrooms and simmer for three minutes.
    Remove from heat and drain.
    Combine cream, onion, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Add mushrooms and toss.
