Cocktail Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1 c. fine cornflake crumbs
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. allspice
    1 c. milk
    oil for deep frying
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except oil thoroughly.
    Form into small balls about 3/4 of an inch in diameter.
    Let stand for 15 minutes. Heat oil in frying pan to 375\u00b0.
    Deep fry meatballs for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
    Drain on absorbent paper.
    Serve hot with toothpicks. Makes 60 meatballs.
