Poor Man'S Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. ground meat
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 Tbsp. Tender Quick
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed or 1 Tbsp. mustard powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly and form into 3-inch diameter rolls.
    Wrap tightly in tinfoil.
    Chill 24 hours.
    Punch holes in bottom of foil and place on broiler pan.
    Bake 4 hours at 225\u00b0.
    Place on rack or paper towels until cool and drained.
