Deep Dish Taco Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. cold water
1 to 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and cheese.
Set aside.\tMix baking mix (Bisquick) and water until soft dough forms.
Put in greased baking dish, pressing dough 1/2-inch up sides of dish.
Layer beef, tomatoes and green pepper in dish (1 layer each).
Spoon sour cream mixture over top.
Bake until edges of dough are light brown approximately 25 to 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
