Fried Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated cheese (of choice)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 dash pepper
    4 egg whites, beaten stiff
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Combine cheese, flour, salt and pepper.
    Fold in egg whites. Form into balls.
    Roll in cracker crumbs.
    Fry in deep fat. Cheese balls can be made through rolling in cracker crumbs, then stored in your refrigerator until ready to fry.
