Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. fresh blueberries
Preparation
    Beat egg slightly with a fork.
    Stir in milk and oil.
    Add dry ingredients and stir until moistened.
    Batter should be lumpy. Don't overmix.
    Blend in fresh blueberries.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
