Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. margarine (1 1/2 sticks)
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Cream margarine, sugar and egg.
Add 2 cups flour, baking soda and salt.
Add vanilla, lemon extract and sour cream.
Mix in a third cup of flour.
Chill overnight.
