Garden Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded carrot
    1/2 c. shredded zucchini
    1/2 c. shredded yellow squash
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese, softened
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded less-fat Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/3 c. nut-like cereal nuggets
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Press vegetables between paper towels to remove water. Combine cheeses, onion and garlic in large bowl.
    Stir well.
    Stir in vegetables.
    Cover and chill 2 hours.
    Roll cheese ball in combined cereal and parsley.
    Wrap in waxed paper.
    Chill.
